Almighty God, arise and let the spirit of alcoholism and drug addiction be scattered. Let all those that are struggling with addiction be delivered. Open their hearts to the truth and break the influence of the enemy over their lives. Let the resurrection power that raised Jesus from the dead bring healing unto their dead organs that have been affected by alcohol and drugs. Let your grace be upon them that they may go through the recovery process without falling back to their old ways. Grant them wisdom so that they can choose the right friends who will help them become clean and useful people in your kingdom. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
