Hi I’m Wanda
I am a Vision of Recovery; I have known the deepest sorrows and experienced pain that I would not wish on anyone. I know how hard it is to be able to see the road to recovery but not have the tools and support needed to move from just a vision to the reality of a recovery lifestyle.
Vision of Recovery was founded after my victories over Narcissistic Abuse, Trauma & Addictive Behaviors. It is my passion and mission to help others on their Healing journey.
In addition to having a degree in Social Work, and I am a Certified Life Coach specializing in Narcissistic Abuse, Trauma and Addiction Recovery. I write a monthly blog; host a podcast “Surviving Your Pain” and YouTube Channel “Surviving The Narcissist.”
